The Youth Opportunity Center (YOC) has been a premier, not-for-profit provider of residential treatment for Indiana youth and their families for nearly three decades.  With campuses in Delaware and Henry County, we have served well over 10,000 children and families from every county across the state. Designated a Qualified Residential Treatment Provider (QRTP) and nationally accredited through both the American Psychological Association and the Council on Accreditation, the YOC, utilizing evidence-based practices, expertly delivers a continuum of residential and in-home services including family preservation; diagnostic and evaluation; emergency shelter care; staff secure residential treatment; private secure residential treatment; and juvenile detention.

Featuring 24-hour care and supervision with on-call access to licensed clinicians, psychologists, nurses, physicians, psychiatrists, and management staff. Treatment plans are individualized with a multi-dimensional clinical approach. Services include an accredited on-grounds school, spiritual services, and much more.
